一、系統組成/ System composition

本系統主要由液貨艙的液貨監測系統（包含貨艙壓力、溫度、液位傳感器、高液位報警及溢流報警探頭等）、泵組溫度監測系統、貨泵進出口壓力監測系統、艙底水監測系統以及氣體探測系統構成。     

The system is mainly composed of the liquid cargo monitoring system of the cargo tank (including cargo pressure, temperature, liquid level sensor, high level alarm and overflow alarm probe, etc.), the temperature monitoring system of the pump group, the pressure monitoring system of the cargo pump inlet and outlet, the bilge water monitoring system and the gas detection system

二、主要設備技術參數及功能描述/ Main equipment technical parameters and function description

2.1液貨綜合監測報警控制臺/ Liquid cargo integrated monitoring alarm console

本控制臺可兼容220V和24VDC兩組電源供電，并具備任一失電報警提示功能；

The console can be compatible with 220V and 24VDC two groups of power supply, and has any power loss alarm function;

本系統集合了所有需要監測報警的數據并進行顯示和報警，做到了集中監控并有效的將危險區域與安全區域分離開，大大提高了設備的安全性和穩定性。系統采用電腦顯示模式，高位高高位報警系統獨立方式。

The system collects all the data that need to be monitored and alarmed and displays and alarms, so as to achieve centralized monitoring and effectively separate the dangerous area from the safe area, which greatly improves the safety and stability of the equipment. 2.2 高位高高位監測報警系統/ High and high monitoring alarm system:                                      

主要利用磁性浮球對干簧管的吸合與斷開來控制開關的通斷以實現對液位高度的報警。根據艙底高度設置95%和98%兩個報警高度值，液位在相應的報警值處時，控制系統將發出指令啟動報警設備（聲光報警器）進行報警，以起到提示作用，保障安全。

The magnetic float is mainly used to draw and disconnect the reed tube to control the switch on and off to realize the alarm of liquid level height. Two alarm height values of 95% and 98% are set according to the bilge height, and when the liquid level is at the corresponding alarm value, the control system will issue an instruction to start the alarm device (sound and light alarm) to alarm, so as to play a warning role and ensure safety.

2.3 貨倉壓力監測報警系統/ Warehouse pressure monitoring and alarm system:

基本原理：壓力變送器選用進口壓力芯片，敏感元件采用擴散或離子注入等工藝形成電阻并連接成惠斯通電橋，用微機械加工技術在電橋下形成壓力敏感膜片。當壓力作用在膜片上時，電阻值發生變化并且產生一個與作用壓力成正比的線性化輸出信號。我們在惠斯通電橋上加上直流電源，就會產生一個直流電壓信號的輸出。經過二次轉換線路，實現兩線制4～20MA輸出。（本產品通常與液位高位及溢流報警器一體設計，使得產品結構更為優化，同時減少用戶安裝成本）

Basic principle: The pressure transmitter adopts imported pressure chip, the sensitive element adopts diffusion or ion implantation process to form resistance and connect to Wheatstone bridge, and the pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the electric bridge with micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and produces a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure. When we add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, we produce an output of a DC voltage signal. Through the secondary conversion line, the two-wire system 4 ~ 20MA output is realized. (This product is usually designed with liquid level high and overflow alarm, which makes the product structure more optimized and reduces the installation cost of the user)

2.4 貨倉液位監測報警系統/ Warehouse level monitoring and alarm system

液位測量主要采用兩種方式：浮球液位計和雷達液位計測量方式。

There are two main ways to measure liquid level: float level meter and radar level meter.

浮球液位計主要由信號轉換電路及傳感器電路組成，傳感器電路有磁性開關串聯電阻形成不同阻值輸出的阻抗電路，當外界介質帶動浮球位移時。浮球中安裝的磁鐵會控制磁性開關進行分斷的動作從而使得出接的電阻接入電路造成總體阻抗的變化,再經由后端的檢測放大電路輸出標準的信號數值發送給終端設備從而轉化顯示相對應的液位高度。

The float level meter is mainly composed of a signal conversion circuit and a sensor circuit. The sensor circuit has a magnetic switch series resistor to form an impedance circuit with different resistance values. When the external medium drives the float displacement. The magnet installed in the float will control the magnetic switch for breaking action, so that the outgoing resistance is connected to the circuit and the overall impedance is changed, and then the standard signal value is sent to the terminal device through the detection and amplification circuit at the back end to transform and display the corresponding liquid level height.

雷達液位計是基于時間行程原理的測量儀表，雷達波以光速運行，運行時間可以通過電子部件被轉換成物位信號。探頭發出高頻脈沖在空間以光速傳播，當脈沖遇到物料表面時反射回來被儀表內的接收器接收，并將距離信號轉化為物位信號從而顯示液位高度。

高/調頻非接觸式雷達液位計更加適用于漿料、瀝青、原油等高粘度液體及顆粒料的物位連續測量，適用于對溫度壓力變化大、腐蝕性強等惡劣環，本身的非接觸式結構，使得本款產品使用壽命長，精度高、可靠性強而且設備體積小、重量輕，安裝方便，易于后期維護。

Radar level meter is a measuring instrument based on the principle of time travel. Radar waves travel at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into level signals through electronic components. The probe sends out a high-frequency pulse to travel at the speed of light in space. When the pulse meets the surface of the material, it is reflected back by the receiver in the instrument, and the distance signal is converted into a level signal to show the liquid level height.

High/FM non-contact radar level meter is more suitable for continuous level measurement of slurry, asphalt, crude oil and other high viscosity liquids and particles, suitable for temperature and pressure changes, strong corrosion and other harsh rings, its own non-contact structure, making this product long service life, high precision, strong reliability and equipment small size, light weight, easy installation, easy maintenance.

2.5 貨倉溫度監測報警系統/ Warehouse temperature monitoring and alarm system

溫度傳感器的主要原理就是主要通過PT100電阻信號傳輸，通過電路板使得電阻信號轉換成電信號，實現溫度的測量顯示。

The main principle of the temperature sensor is mainly through the PT100 resistance signal transmission, through the circuit board to convert the resistance signal into an electrical signal, to achieve temperature measurement and display.

2.6 貨泵機組溫度監測報警系統/ Cargo pump unit temperature monitoring and alarm system

溫度傳感器的主要原理就是主要通過PT100電阻信號傳輸，通過電路板使得電阻信號轉換成電信號，實現溫度的測量顯示。

The main principle of the temperature sensor is mainly through the PT100 resistance signal transmission, through the circuit board to convert the resistance signal into an electrical signal, to achieve temperature measurement and display.

2.7機艙/貨泵艙艙底水高位報警系統/ Engine room/cargo pump room high bilge alarm system

基本原理同（2.2），主要區別在于艙底水是單浮球控制，當污油水達到設定值時即可報警，以起到提示作用，保障安全。

The basic principle is the same as (2.2), the main difference is that the bilge water is controlled by a single float, and the alarm can be given when the contaminated water reaches the set value, so as to play a warning role and ensure safety.

2.8 貨泵進出口壓力監測報警系統/ Cargo pump inlet and outlet pressure monitoring and alarm system

基本原理同（2.3）：略。

主要通過采集各貨泵工作時的進口及出口壓力數據來監控貨泵的正常運行狀態，為保障正常的工作的提供數據參考。

The normal operation status of the cargo pump is monitored mainly by collecting the inlet and outlet pressure data of each cargo pump during work, so as to provide data reference for ensuring normal work.

2.9可燃氣體監測報警系統/ Combustible gas monitoring and alarm system

主要基本原理是采用進口傳感器，可連續檢測工作場所環境中可燃性氣體最低爆炸極限以下的濃度。 它能輸出與濃度成正比的4~20mADC信號，此信號引入貨控系統，實現報警和連鎖控制功能。

The main principle is the use of imported sensors, which can continuously detect the concentration of combustible gases in the workplace environment below the lowest explosion limit. It can output a 4~20mADC signal proportional to the concentration, which is introduced into the cargo control system to achieve alarm and chain control functions.
